Warranty / Return Policy

WARRANTY

– The warranty is applicable on products at regular price with presentation of the original invoice. The warranty applies when the product has a manufacturing defect, that is to say a break in the seams, zippers or closures. Any abnormal wear, abuse or caused by a third party does not constitute a manufacturing defect.

– Guarantees do not apply to “final sale” and sale products, or to products purchased at a reduced price using a promotional code.

– The general conditions of the warranty are granted according to the price of the product. Any product under $30 has a 30-day limited warranty. Products between $30 and $99.99 are guaranteed for 6 months and all products over $100 are guaranteed for 1 year (1). Some exceptions apply. The warranty period is specific to each brand and from the day of the original purchase.

– To apply the warranty, you must make a request to customer service via email [email protected] in order to receive your authorization number. No return of product will be accepted if you do not have your authorization number. The return of the product is your responsibility, as well as the associated costs. You can also present yourself in person at one of our stores.

– Florin reserves the right to modify the applicable warranty without any notice.

RETURN

IN-STORE PURCHASE

– If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to refund or exchange your items, according to the conditions set out, within 10 days including the date of purchase in store.

– Any returned product must be in good condition for resale, not having been worn, used, and that all the labels are attached.

– Returns must be accompanied by the purchase invoice.

– Your return will be inspected and, when we have determined that the return standards have been met, we will refund the cost of your merchandise, plus applicable taxes, using the original form of payment.

– Please allow up to 7 business days from receipt of your return at our warehouse for processing.

– Items purchased in store can be exchanged or refunded at one of our stores.

 

ONLINE PURCHASE

– If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to refund or exchange your items, according to the conditions set out, within 30 days of the date of purchase on our website.

– Any returned product must be in good condition for resale, not having been worn, used, and that all the labels are attached.

– Returns must be accompanied by the purchase invoice.

– Your return will be inspected and, when we have determined that the return standards have been met, we will refund the cost of your merchandise, plus applicable taxes, using the original method of payment.

– It is possible to cancel your order as long as we have not sent you a shipping confirmation. You can check whether or not we have sent the confirmation by contacting us at [email protected]. After receiving the shipping confirmation, you can return your items as soon as you receive them following the conditions dictated above.

– Please allow up to 7 business days from receipt of your return at our warehouse for processing.

– Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return costs are borne by the customer if the return is not made in one of our stores.

IF THERE IS AN ERROR IN YOUR ONLINE ORDER

– For any inconvenience caused during your order, please contact us first at [email protected] so that we can send you a number for the return of the product.

– Offers, prices or availability of items on our website may change without notice. We work every day to show you only the available items. Please note that it is possible that an item, size or color may be missing when ordering. Occasionally we may cancel your order if your items cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances.

– We reserve the right to refuse your order and to revise an inaccurate price or item description. These corrections may be made after the order has been accepted, in which case this latest revision will not be applicable to your purchase.

 

FINAL SALE

– All products identified as “Final Sale” and/or personalized offers and web exclusives cannot be credited, refunded or exchanged.

– Gift cards are non-refundable.
