Guarantee
- The guarantee is applicable on products at regular price with presentation of the original invoice.
- The warranty applies when the product has a manufacturing defect, i.e. a break in the seams, linings, zippers or fasteners. Any abnormal, abusive wear or wear caused by a third party does not constitute a manufacturing defect. Please note that leather is a natural product, so the appearance may not be perfectly smooth and uniform. Ridges and cracks in the leathers are a normal effect and are not considered a defect.
- Guarantees do not apply to “final sale” and sale products, as well as products purchased at reduced prices using a promotional code.
- The general conditions of the guarantee are granted according to the price of the product. Any product below 30$ has a 30 day limited warranty. Products between 30$ and 99.99$ are guaranteed for 6 months and all products above 100$ are guaranteed for 1 year)1. Some exceptions apply. The duration of the warranty is specific to each brand and from the day of original purchase.
- To apply the warranty, you must make a request to customer service via email [email protected] to receive your authorization number. No returns of merchandise will be accepted if you do not have your authorization number. The return of the goods is your responsibility, as well as the costs associated with it. Furthermore, you can come in person to one of our branches.
- Florin reserves the right to modify the applicable guarantees without any notice.

Purchase in store
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to refund or exchange your items, according to the conditions stated, in the 10 days including the date of purchase in store.
- Any returned product must be in good resalable condition, having not been worn or used, and that all labels are attached.
- Returns must be accompanied by the purchase invoice.
- Your return will be inspected and, once we have determined that return standards have been met, we will refund the cost of your merchandise, plus applicable taxes, using the original method of payment.
- Please allow up to 7 business days from receipt of your return to our warehouse for processing.
- Items purchased in store can be exchanged or refunded at one of our branches.
Purchase on the website
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to refund or exchange your items, according to the conditions stated, in the 30 days following the date of purchase on our website.
- Any returned product must be in good resalable condition, having not been worn or used, and that all labels are attached.
- Returns must be accompanied by the Invoice purchase.
- Your return will be inspected and, once we have determined that return standards have been met, we will refund the cost of your merchandise, plus applicable taxes, using the original method of payment.
- It is possible to cancel your order until we have sent you a shipping confirmation. You can check whether or not we have sent the confirmation by contacting us on [email protected]. After receiving shipping confirmation, you may return your items as soon as you receive them following the conditions dictated above.

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return costs are assumed by the customer if the return is not made in one of our stores

If there is an error in your online order
- For any inconvenience caused during your order, please first communicate with us by contacting us on [email protected] so that we can send you a number for returning the product.
- Offers, prices or availability of items on our website may change without notice. We work every day to show you only the items available. Please note that an item, size or color may be missing when you order. On occasion we may cancel your order if your items cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances.
- We reserve the right to refuse your order and revise an inaccurate price or item description. These corrections may be made after the order has been accepted, in which case this latest revision will not be applicable to your purchase.
Final sale
- All products marked “Final Sale” and/or personalized offers and web exclusives cannot be credited, refunded or exchanged.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Price before taxes for each individual product.
