To open an account on the Boutique Florin website, simply complete the form on the “MY ACCOUNT” page. This page is accessible from the “BONHOMME” icon at the top right of the page or at the bottom of the page in the “CUSTOMER AREA” category.

During your purchasing process, you will be clearly informed of the costs related to the delivery of your products. Any order (on the Florin WEB site) before tax whose value is equal to or greater than 75.00 $ will be shipped free of charge. Please allow 4 to 10 business days for delivery time.

When your package is shipped, you will be able to follow its delivery by going to the summary of your order in the “My account” page. A tracking number provided by the carrier will appear there.
