Guarantee
- The warranty is applicable to products at regular price with presentation of the original invoice.
- The warranty applies when the product has a manufacturing defect, such as a breakage in the seams, linings, zippers, or fasteners. Any abnormal wear, abuse, or wear caused by a third party does not constitute a manufacturing defect. Please note that leather is a natural product; therefore, the appearance may not be perfectly smooth and uniform. Ribs and cracks in leather are a normal effect and are not considered a defect.
- Guarantees do not apply to “final sale” and sale products, as well as products purchased at a reduced price using a promo code.
- Warranty terms and conditions vary based on the product price. Any product below 30$ has a 30-day limited warranty. Products between 30$ and 99,99$ have a 6-month warranty, and all products above 100$ have a 1-year warranty.1. Some exceptions apply. Warranty duration is brand specific and starts from the day of original purchase.
- To apply the warranty, you must make a request to customer service via email info@boutiqueflorin.com to receive your authorization number. No merchandise returns will be accepted without your authorization number. Returning the merchandise is your responsibility, as are any associated costs. Alternatively, you can come in person to one of our branches.
- Florin reserves the right to modify the applicable guarantees without prior notice.

Purchase in store
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to refund or exchange your items, under the conditions stated, within 10 days including the date of purchase in store.
- Any returned product must be in good resalable condition, unworn, unused, and with all tags attached.
- Returns must be accompanied by the purchase invoice.
- Your return will be inspected and, once we determine that return standards have been met, we will refund the cost of your merchandise, plus applicable taxes, using the original method of payment.
- Please allow up to 7 business days from receipt of your return at our warehouse for processing.
- Items purchased in store can be exchanged or refunded at one of our branches.
Purchase on the website
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to refund or exchange your items, under the conditions stated, within 30 days following the date of purchase on our website.
- Any returned product must be in good resalable condition, unworn, unused, and with all tags attached.
- Returns must be accompanied by the Invoice purchase.
- Your return will be inspected and, once we determine that return standards have been met, we will refund the cost of your merchandise, plus applicable taxes, using the original method of payment.
- You can cancel your order as long as we haven't sent you a shipping confirmation. You can check whether or not we have sent the confirmation by contacting us at info@boutiqueflorin.com. After receiving confirmation of shipment, you can return your items as soon as you receive them by following the conditions dictated above.
- Please allow up to 7 business days from receipt of your return at our warehouse for processing.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer if the return is not made to one of our stores.

If there is an error in your online order
- For any inconvenience caused during your order, please contact us first by contacting us on info@boutiqueflorin.com so that we can provide you with a number for returning the product.
- Offers, prices, or availability of items on our website are subject to change without notice. We strive every day to offer you only available items. Please note that an item, size, or color may be missing from your order. Occasionally, we may cancel your order if your items cannot be delivered due to an unforeseen event.
- We reserve the right to refuse your order and to revise an inaccurate price or item description. These corrections may be made after the order has been accepted, in which case the latter revision will not apply to your purchase.
Final sale
- All products marked “Final Sale”, on sale and/or personalized offers and web exclusives cannot be credited, refunded or exchanged.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Price before taxes for each individual product.
